The Atwood brothers are back, and they're teaming up to produce their first feature film based on knuckleballer R.A. Dickey's book 'Wherever I Wind Up.'

Ben McKenzie and Logan Marshall-Green, who played the Chino-native Atwood brothers on Fox's The O.C., join forces as Thing or Two Productions and made a deal with TriStar Pictures to take Dickey's story to the big screen. Hollywood, California, here he comes.

According to Deadline, the Toronto Blue Jays pitcher was entertaining bids for screen rights to the book when Marshall-Green and McKenzie flew to Nashville to sit with him.

(Maybe they got wind from Toronto GM Alex Anthopoulos that deals are usually negotiated best by flying to Nashville to chat...?)

The duo's enthusiasm prompted the 39-year-old to entrust them with the rights. They've enlisted Friday Night Lights author Buzz Bissinger to write the script.
