Norway's curling team is usually a big winner in the Pants Olympics, considering they manage to get crazier every competition. After winning the silver medal in Vancouver, they now have a full suit for the Sochi Olympics next month. They can't lose.

The New York Times explained the history of their strange pant choice: When a supplier sent the team the wrong pants, one of the members went online and decided on striped golf pants for his teammates instead.
“I thought it was the most ridiculous thing I had seen,” Torger Nergaard said to the newspaper. “As long as we were wearing pants, I didn’t think there would be too much of a fuss.”
But 2014's choice of wardrobe is a whole other story. Now there is more pressure.
“These pants would be great to win in,” Vad Petersson said to the NYT. “But they’d be terrible to lose in. We decided that when we wear them, we have to really try and win and go the whole way.”
