VIDEO: Barkley, Shaq demonstrate how to post up for Dwight Howard

After Dwight Howard took only five shots in over 30 minutes for the 30th time in his career on Thursday, the "Inside the NBA" crew felt the need to show Howard how posting up works.

You'd be hard-pressed to find two people who are as knowledgeable on the subject as Charles Barkley and Shaquille O'Neal, so hopefully Howard sees this video and learns a thing or two.
