The top four schools in the final College Football Playoff rankings prior to Selection Sunday remained unchanged.

Clemson and Alabama stood pat at first and second, while Oklahoma and Iowa came in at No. 3 and No. 4, respectively.

Despite the fact the Tigers clipped South Carolina 37-32, the committee felt it wasn't enough for the Crimson Tide to move up to No. 1, even after a 29-13 win over Auburn.

Oklahoma, meanwhile, made a massive statement with a decisive victory over Oklahoma State, while Iowa took down Nebraska 28-20 to remain undefeated.

1 Clemson 12-0 1
2 Alabama 11-1 2
3 Oklahoma 11-1 3
4 Iowa 12-0 4

North Carolina's move to No. 10 from No. 14 means the Tar Heels have a real shot at making the playoff if they can overcome No. 1 Clemson in Saturday's ACC championship game.

Florida tumbled six spots to No. 18 after suffering its second loss of the year, which means it's no sure thing the Gators would crack the top 4 should they beat No. 2 Alabama in the SEC championship game.

Navy, which fell to Houston last week, dropped eight spots to No. 23. On the upswing is TCU, which rose to No. 11 from No. 19 after overcoming Baylor in double overtime.

Meanwhile, the Cougars, along with USC, LSU, and Tennessee, each found a spot in the top 25 after being absent from the list last week.
