PHOTOS: Under Armour sticks with classic look for new Notre Dame uniforms

Under Armour spent a pretty penny to become the official outfitter of Notre Dame athletics, ending the school's long-standing agreement with adidas.

As such, the apparel company wasn't willing to roll the dice with their new design for the Fighting Irish, sticking with a classic look.

The claim that the uniforms are "virtually ungrabbable" is all the bulletin-board material opposing defenses will need.

Notre Dame opens its schedule with a home date against Texas on Sept. 5.
