Hartford star Pancake Thomas to transfer

Hartford's Pancake Thomas has been granted a release and will flip to another school, head coach John Gallagher confirmed.

The star 6-foot-3 guard averaged 18.9 points and 6.4 rebounds last year, including a 20-point performance against Louisville, and instantly becomes one of the top players on the transfer market.

Thomas, a senior, has already graduated, meaning he'll be able to play immediately for a new program.
