NCAA hits Kentucky with secondary violation, shows no love for Drake

Peter Llewellyn-USA TODAY Sports / Reuters

The NCAA went "0 to 100" real quick on Kentucky when they levied a secondary violation on the school as a result of Tyler Ulis appearing in a picture with Drake.

Yes, the school was hit with a secondary sanction for Ulis simply appearing with the world-famous artist in an Instagram photo. The NCAA called the matter "preferential treatment," according to Aaron Torres of FOX Sports.

The photo, taken backstage at a concert 13 months ago, shows no illegal activity or suggestive behavior. The two are simply smiling for the camera, sort of.

Taking a picture with the "6 God" isn't the worst behavior someone from Kentucky could have displayed. Perhaps the NCAA is simply trying to dissuade Mr. Aubrey Graham from making anymore appearances with the Wildcats like the one he made during an on-court warmup a few years ago.
