Report: St. John's lands 4-star center Zach Brown

UConn's loss appears to be St. John's gain.

Four-star center Zach Brown is committing to the Red Storm, according to Jeff Borzello of ESPN. Brown originally committed to the Huskies, but the two sides parted ways in May.

The Miami native and 7-footer is the seventh-ranked player in the state and the 17th at his position, based on the ESPN 300.

In addition to UConn, Brown was also being pursued by Duke, Kansas, Indiana, and several other top-tier programs.
