Kentucky has an incredible freshman class on the way for 2016, but those newcomers will have some company.

Isaiah Briscoe announced he will return to the Wildcats for his sophomore season with a simple Twitter message Wednesday: "BBN I'm back." BBN of course refers to "Big Blue Nation" the nickname for Kentucky's fan base.

"I really grew from this experience and I appreciate the opportunity to be evaluated by these NBA teams," Briscoe said. "I also want to thank the coaching staff and the fans for their support during this time. The NBA is my ultimate goal, so I'm returning to build on last year. There's no better place to grow as a player or to win a championship, and I want to do both."

Briscoe averaged 9.6 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 3.1 assists in just over 32 minutes per game last season.

Kentucky has the No. 1 ranked recruiting class by ESPN for 2016, which includes players ranked No. 5, No. 6, No. 9, No. 14, and No. 24 in the class.
