James Johnson tweets about lack of playing time

Though the Toronto Raptors defeated the Eastern Conference-leading Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday night, James Johnson was not impressed - at least, not with the amount of court time he's been receiving.

Johnson tweeted his opinion postgame after only playing five minutes in Toronto's 103-99 Drake Night victory.

The 6-foot-9 forward has performed well in his limited playing time, shooting 55.6 percent and putting up a net rating of plus-13.7, a figure that leads the Raptors. By contrast, Toronto has just a plus-1.2 net rating when Johnson is off-court.

After averaging 19.6 minutes per game during the 2014-15 campaign, Johnson has seen his minutes drop to 13.5 per game this season.

Johnson has started in three games this year, but hasn't seen the court as much since Terrence Ross returned from a thumb injury, averaging nine minutes per game in those contests.

This isn't the first time that head coach Dwane Casey and JJ have failed to see eye to eye. Johnson was given a two-game suspension during the 2011-12 season for what both referred to as an "internal matter."
