Magic's Harris injured knee in loss to Bucks

Reinhold Matay-USA TODAY Sports

Orlando Magic forward Tobias Harris hurt his right knee in Friday's 115-100 loss the Milwaukee Bucks

Harris stayed in the game after banging knees with a Bucks player, but eventually left the contest to get tended to. His status moving forward is unclear. The Magic's next game is Saturday against the Dallas Mavericks

The 22-year-old struggled in the loss, scoring seven points on 2-of-12 shooting from the field in 21 minutes off the bench. It continued what has been a rough stretch for Harris, who has failed to adapt to a bench role since returning from an ankle injury.

Harris missed five games earlier in the month with an ankle sprain, and has been coming off the bench ever since returning after starting 37 games to begin the season.

He's shooting 33.9 percent from the field and 18.1 percent from deep, well off the marks he was firing off as a starter. In 37 starts, Harris shot 47.1 percent from the field and 40.5 percent from long range.
