Report: Cavaliers' Miller to start Friday vs. Nets

David Richard-USA TODAY Sports

The Cleveland Cavaliers feel Mike Miller is ready to return to the floor.

Not only that, the veteran guard will start Friday night's game against the Brooklyn Nets, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer's Chris Haynes.

Miller has missed seven straight games with a concussion. Starting him moves Shawn Marion, who had been starting at shooting guard, to the bench.

Miller told ESPN on Tuesday that he felt fine and was ready to go, but the Cavs kept him out of Wednesday's 29-point loss to the Atlanta Hawks as well.
