Blazers' Batum questionable Friday vs. Spurs after hard fall

Jaime Valdez / USA TODAY Sports

Following a scary fall as a result of a mid-air push from Larry Sanders, Portland Trail Blazers forward Nicolas Batum is questionable for Friday's game against the San Antonio Spurs due to a right wrist injury and left knee contusion.

Sanders sent Batum crashing to the floor late in the fourth quarter of Wednesday's game between the Trail Blazers and Milwaukee Bucks and was subsequently suspended for one game without pay.

Batum is averaging 8.8 points, 5.6 rebounds, 5.2 assists and 1.3 steals for the 20-6 Blazers. The versatile forward missed time earlier this season due to a right knee contusion.
