Steve Mitchell / USA Today Sports

Late in Wednesday's Game 2 battle between Miami and Charlotte, LeBron James drove the lane looking to create at the rim.

Before he got there, he was met by Josh McRoberts, who caught James in the throat with an elbow.

Only a shooting foul was called on the play and the foul was not reviewed, but the letter of the law would dictate that McRoberts could be facing a suspension for Game 3. per the league's rulebook, a Flagrant Foul-Penalty 2 can be called after league review should the league deem there was reckless or intentional contact to the head, the former of which was surely the case here.
