Nets' Kirilenko to open first ever Hooters in Moscow

Fact: Russia is the largest country on earth, and it has exactly zero Hooters restaurants. But fret not - Nets forward Andrei Kirileko wants to change that.

Kirilenko is looking to launch Russia's very first Hooters in Moscow on April 28th. According to Mitch Abramson of NY Daily News, the plan was hatched a couple of years ago when an associate of Kirlikeno concocted the idea of opening "a great American sports bar in Russia."

Being the thoughtful man that he is, Kirilenko also touched on the political concerns associated with opening an American bar in Russia, given the States' condemnation of Russia's actions in the Ukrainian region of Crimea. However, Kirilenko isn't concerned because Hooters is "more politics than people because the people they like (Hooters)."

Kirilenko's Nets will square off against the Toronto Raptors in the first round of the NBA playoffs.
