Team Bosh defends Shooting Stars crown

NBA All-Star Saturday Night kicked off with the Sears Shooting Stars competition, pitting four teams against each other in an around-the-court shooting contest. It wasn't a good night for father-son duos.

The teams, each of which has a current NBA player, an NBA legend and a current WNBA player, shot from four locations of increasing difficulty, racing against a clock that capped at 90 seconds.

In the first round, both teams involving a father and son came up short, with the defending-champion Team Bosh looking strong. Here's how the rounds went, with the first shot a 10-footer from the right side, the second a 20-footer from the top of the key, the third a 3-pointer from the left wing and the fourth a half-court heave.

Team Curry - Becky Hammond 1/1, Dell Curry 1/1, Steph Curry 1/3, Hammond hits from half, team time 1:05

Team Durant - Skylar Diggins 1/1, Karl Malone 1/3, Kevin Durant 1/2, Durant hits from half, team time 1:00

Team Hardaway - Tim Hardaway Sr. 1/1, Elena Delle Donne 1/1, Tim Hardaway Jr. 1/1, Hardaway Jr. hits from half, team time 1:25

Team Bosh - Dominique Wilkins 1/3, Swin Cash 1/2, Chris Bosh 1/4, Bosh hits from half, team time 0:36

Team Durant and Team Bosh moved on to the finals, with Team Durant finishing in 44 seconds thanks to a Diggins half-court shot while Team Bosh took 32 seconds with Bosh again providing the big shot.

So the captain went 2-of-2 from half and for the second year in a row, Team Bosh takes the Shooting Stars crown. It's a dynasty.
