GIF: Anthony Davis channels Misawa, hits Crowder with roaring elbow

Just because something is unintentional doesn't mean it hurts any less.

On Saturday, New Orleans Pelicans star Anthony Davis caught Dallas Mavericks forward Jae Crowder with a nasty elbow as the two jockeyed for position on the right elbow.

To add insult to injury, Crowder was called for a defensive foul on the play and Davis hit a pair of free throws, nearly helping the Pelicans come back (Dallas hung on, 110-107).

Crowder might be sore in the morning.
