Ray Allen mulling 'He Got Game' sequel
MIAMI - Jesus Shuttlesworth returns to the court this week. Jesus Shuttlesworth may return to the big screen in the future.
Miami Heat guard Ray Allen, who played the Shuttlesworth role in the 1998 movie ''He Got Game,'' says he and filmmaker Spike Lee have spent time over the last couple months discussing a sequel.
Allen says he and Lee are throwing ideas back and forth, with hopes that they can find the right storyline and lure actors Denzel Washington and Rosario Dawson into the project.
Allen will wear ''J. Shuttlesworth'' on the back of his Heat jersey for a number of games this season. The first is at the Brooklyn Nets on Friday, when all Miami and Brooklyn players will have nicknames in place of their usual names.
