Knicks have closed-door meeting after seventh straight loss

Nothing is going right for the Knicks these days, and it's not helping the rumors surrounding coach Mike Woodson. After their seventh straight loss - beaten by the Clippers on Wednesday night 93-90 - New York held a closed-door meeting for about 20 minutes before speaking to the media.

"We have to figure it out as a group and stick together," Carmelo Anthony, who had 27 points, said after the game (via the New York Daily News). "We trusted each other more last year. We were having fun. This year it seems like we're not having fun on the court."

Amar'e Stoudemire did not help with his four points and two rebounds in 20 minutes of work.

“It's not going to always go Amar'e's way," Woodson said, according to Newsday. "My theme has always been it’s what you do with the minutes when you're in there. They got to be productive minutes when you're in there. Right now we're playing spotty minutes...It's not just Amar'e. We got too many gaps we got to fill."

The Knicks are now 3-11 this season.
