Anthony says he wants to retire in New York

During Thursday's broadcast, TNT aired an interview with Carmelo Anthony to discuss his impending free agency. After saying he wanted to test free agency earlier, Melo rescinded his comments and boasted about how he wants to end his career in New York.

"I want to retire in New York, I mean, let`s just be quite frank."

The Knicks are set to pay Anthony $24.3 million in 2014-15 but Anthony has an early termination option he could use if he chooses.
