DeMar DeRozan answered the call with Kyle Lowry and Serge Ibaka both out of the lineup Thursday.
The All-Star shooting guard scored 40 points for the second straight contest, leading the Raptors to a 101-84 come-from-behind victory over the Miami Heat.
Toronto moved to 43-29 with the win, sitting just a half-game back of the Washington Wizards for the third seed in the Eastern conference.
