The New Orleans Pelicans are ready to Boogie.
The team put up a bright billboard outside Smoothie King Center welcoming their new starting center, DeMarcus Cousins, who arrived to town Tuesday - just in time for Mardi Gras.

The All-Star will wear No. 0 and make his Pelicans debut Thursday at home against the Houston Rockets.
