'It f------ sucks': Durant shows love to Waiters' game-winner

Kevin Durant couldn't stay angry for long.

Durant mowed down former teammates Russell Westbrook, Serge Ibaka, and James Harden in lopsided wins last week, but he couldn't contain former Oklahoma City Thunder guard Dion Waiters.

The former Sixth Man candidate helped the Miami Heat defeat the Golden State Warriors with a game-winning three Monday, and Durant was quick to show love to his former teammate.

"He gave me a little wink after he hit that three. It f------ sucks seeing it go through the rim but the big brother in me can smile at that one after the game is over. He played great," Durant said.

"As soon as he got to OKC, I was the first to greet him and wrap around him early. We had a nice bond. Every road trip we were together. We got a nice bond and (it's) a big brother, little brother relationship. We went back and forth all the time. Both stubborn and hard-headed but we made each other better and you can see it."

"He's getting better by the day - two games in a row with 30-plus and wins against good teams so it's huge for him."

Waiters had 33 points along with five rebounds and four assists in addition to his game-winner. He also struck an epic pose after the win:
