DeRozan happy fans have stopped photoshopping him in Lakers uni

While it felt like a foregone conclusion that All-Star shooting guard DeMar DeRozan would return to the Toronto Raptors on a max contract as an unrestricted free agent, the Los Angeles Lakers remained a possible destination based on their cap space, and the fact that they play in his hometown.
DeRozan told reporters during Raptors Media Day on Monday that he's happy to no longer see photoshopped images of him in a Lakers uniform circulating online to convince him to head out west.
He even mentioned that some kids in the Los Angeles area came to his house to present a photo of him rocking the purple and gold.
Their efforts were in vain, though, as the 27-year-old is back in the 6ix on a five-year deal worth more than $140 million.
