Guard Von Wafer wants another opportunity to compete on the grand stage of the NBA once again, and he's willing to do whatever it takes to make that happen.

The 31-year-old last played in the league during the 2011-12 season for the Orlando Magic, which was his seventh team in six seasons. Wafer had also suited up for the Boston Celtics, Houston Rockets, Portland Trail Blazers, Denver Nuggets, Los Angeles Clippers, and Los Angeles Lakers, who drafted him 39th overall out of Florida State in 2005.

In a series of tweets posted to his account on Wednesday, Wafer openly pleaded for another shot to play NBA basketball, and he'll do it for next to nothing if need be.

Wafer is as well-traveled a pro as it gets, haven taken his skills to Greece, Italy, China, Russia, and Puerto Rico over the years.

In 200 total NBA games, Wafer averaged 5.3 points, 1.3 rebounds, and 0.7 assists, shooting 42 percent from the field and 32.5 percent from 3-point range.
