Cousins: Draft night tweet was about 'hot sculpting class,' not Kings' moves

It appeared Sacramento Kings All-Star DeMarcus Cousins wasn't a fan of some of the moves his team made during Thursday's NBA draft, but, lo and behold, it was all just a misunderstanding.

Following the Kings' No. 13 pick of Greek center Georgios Papagiannis, "Boogie" took to Twitter to seemingly voice his disapproval about how his team was going about working the draft:

It turns out, though, Cousins' tweet was about "a hot sculpting class," he jokingly told The Vertical's Marc J. Spears.

The Kings landed the No. 13 pick, as well as pick No. 28 (Skal Labissiere) and Bogdan Bogdanovic, from the Phoenix Suns in exchange for pick No. 8 (Marquese Chriss).

It's easy to see why Cousins was being sarcastic with his response, as the Kings already have depth at the five spot with himself, Willie Cauley-Stein, and Kosta Koufos in the fold. The additions of Papagiannis and Labissiere just creates an unnecessary log jam at the position.
