Former Cleveland Cavaliers head coach David Blatt will interview for the Sacramento Kings' head coaching vacancy Monday, league sources told ESPN's Marc Stein.

Blatt was relieved of his duties with the Cavaliers back in January after the team began the 2015-16 regular season 30-11. He was eventually replaced by assistant Tyronn Lue.

He led the franchise to the NBA Finals in his first year on the job in 2014-15, finishing with a 53-29 record before ultimately falling to the Golden State Warriors in six games.

The New York Knicks are also believed to be interested in hiring Blatt, although team president reportedly favors interim coach Kurt Rambis.

Sacramento has already reportedly completed interviews with former Minnesota Timberwolves coach Sam Mitchell, former Los Angeles Clippers and Chicago Bulls coach Vinny Del Negro, and former Knicks and Atlanta Hawks coach Mike Woodson.

Other names the Kings are reportedly set to interview include Indiana Pacers assistant Nate McMillan, Memphis Grizzlies assistant Elston Turner, and Charlotte Hornets assistant Patrick Ewing.
