The Los Angeles Dodgers are not swinging the bats well away from home.
Dodgers hitters went 42 consecutive innings without scoring a run on the road, breaking the franchise record of 41 innings set way back in 1908.
St. Louis Cardinals right-hander Michael Wacha, who entered with a perfect 7-0 record, held L.A. hitless through the first five innings of Saturday's contest, but then coughed up four runs in the sixth inning to put an end to the streak.
