Pablo Sandoval continues to move up the record books.
The San Francisco Giants' third baseman doubled in the fourth inning of Game 2 of the World Series to extend his postseason on-base streak to 25 consecutive games, tying Boog Powell for the third longest streak in major league history.
Only Miguel Cabrera (31) and Chase Utley (27) have longer streaks.
Sandoval entered Wednesday's game at Kauffman Stadium as a .328/.373/.550 career hitter in 33 career postseason games.
