Rick Osentoski / USA TODAY Sports
San Francisco Giants outfielder Angel Pagan left Friday's contest with the San Diego Padres in the bottom of the sixth injury with an apparent injury.
Pagan was inserted back into manager Bruce Bochy's lineup for the first time since Sept. 14 due to a back injury. There is no word if Pagan aggravated the previous injury or if he's suffering from a new ailment.
The team should provide an update on his status following the game.
