Dodgers' Ramirez scratched from lineup Tuesday's with elbow injury

The Los Angeles Dodgers will be without one of their hottest bats on Tuesday in Colorado, as shortstop Hanley Ramirez is out with a right elbow strain

The oft-injured Ramirez has terrorized opposing pitching over the last seven games, hitting .500/.536/.615 with three doubles and six RBIs. 

The three-time All-Star has missed 29 games this season due to numerous ailments, but this is the first time Ramirez will be held out due to an elbow injury. 

In 119 games, the impending free agent is hitting .278/.362/.445 with 12 home runs and 69 RBI.
