Mets trade Ike Davis to Pirates: Newspaper has harsh goodbye on front page (PHOTO)

After being rumored to be on the move for much of spring training, the New York Mets finally dealt first baseman Ike Davis to the Pittsburgh Pirates Friday, and the Daily News didn't feel the need to say a goodbye to the career .241 hitter in a friendly manner.

Over his five-year career with the club, Davis hit 68 home runs and drove in 224 runs over 454 games.
