Free-agent slugger Nelson Cruz reportedly found a new home on Saturday, agreeing to a one-year, $8-million deal with the Baltimore Orioles, according to Enrique Rojas of ESPNDeportes.

Cruz, whose deal is laden with incentives, will take a physical tomorrow, Rojas adds. The 33-year-old outfielder blasted 27 home runs with an .833 OPS last season, while also serving a 50-game suspension for his connection with the Biogenesis scandal.

Earlier this offseason, Cruz rejected a $14.1-million qualifying offer from the Rangers, and will cost the Orioles a second-round draft pick. The Orioles forfeited their first selection in the 2014 draft earlier this week after signing right-hander Ubaldo Jimenez to a four-year contract.
