The Nationals' talented outfield got a little more crowded on Friday, according to Fox Sports' Ken Rosenthal, who notes that the club has agreed to terms with Nate McLouth on a two-year contract.

McLouth, who turned 32 in October, enjoyed a solid resurgence in 2013, hitting .258/.329/.399 (100 wRC+) with 12 home runs and a career-high 30 stolen bases over 146 games with the Orioles.

Riddled by injuries over the last several seasons, McLouth logged 2.5 wins above replacement last year, his most since 2009.  The veteran outfielder joins a formidable group of outfielders in Washington comprised of Bryce Harper, Jayson Werth, and Denard Span.
