Miley Cyrus congratulates Dodgers' Punto for making playoffs
The Los Angeles Dodgers have their share of celebrity fans, but none that twerk this hard.
Congrats on the playoffs @Dodgers @Shredderpunto #wecantstop

That's right. International recording artist/gyration enthusiast Miley Cyrus sent along her congratulations to the Los Angeles Dodgers, and specifically infielder Nick Punto, for earning a National League playoff berth.
We assume this is because Punto changed his walk-up song to Cyrus' "We Can't Stop" in mid-season and also because the team adopted it as their de facto theme song.
Punto reached out to Cyrus back in August the way you'd expect any 35-year-old veteran Major League Baseball player to reach out to a 20-year-old pop star.
@MileyCyrus hey girl you need to come out and watch the boys in blue so you can hear "we can't stop" when I come up to the plate.

Maybe she will now, Nick. Maybe she will now.
