Watch: Yadi embarrasses snoozing Suarez with heads-up pickoff

The following is a public service announcement for National League baserunners: Don't you dare let your focus wander on the basepaths for even a moment when you're playing the St. Louis Cardinals. Otherwise, Yadier Molina is going to embarrass you.
Eugenio Suarez of the Cincinnati Reds learned that the hard way Friday at Busch Stadium. A momentary lapse in focus as he rounded the bag after advancing to third on a walk gave Molina, an eight-time Gold Glover, just enough time and space to uncork a seek to Jedd Gyorko and pick off Suarez for the final out of the sixth inning.
