The Los Angeles Dodgers ace breezed through the Texas Rangers' lineup Thursday, striking out 11 during six innings of work, walking one, and allowing just two hits.

Kershaw, who struck out 172 hitters in 149 innings last season, has sat down 28 this spring.
The 29-year-old winner of three Cy Youngs and an MVP award will make his seventh consecutive Opening Day start for the Dodgers when they host the San Diego Padres on April 3.
