All of baseball's greatest movies are coming together for the World Series.

After actor Charlie Sheen offered Thursday to throw a ceremonial first pitch for the Cleveland Indians at the World Series dressed as Ricky "Wild Thing" Vaughn from the 1989 movie "Major League," he received some generous support from one of the big screen's most memorable coaches.

In the 1993 film "Rookie of the Year," Stern played fictional Chicago Cubs pitching coach Phil Brickma, who came up with some questionable pitching secrets to save his team's arms.

As long as Sheen remembers Brickma's three R's - "readiness, recuperation, and conditioning" - he should be fine.
