The force is strong with these ones.
Star Wars Day, a worldwide phenomenon celebrated annually on May 4th by fans of the legendary franchise, has spread to Major League Baseball.
Several players and teams across the game decided to join in on the excitement of May the Fourth Be With You through social media.
Los Angeles Angels right-hander Cam Bedrosian and Miami Marlins right-hander Tom Koehler kept their praise of the films to a minimum.
Boston Red Sox first baseman Hanley Ramirez and Trevor Plouffe of the Minnesota Twins went all out with their appreciation of the film franchise.
Even theScore jumped in on the fun by giving Toronto Blue Jays slugger Jose Bautista a new toy to destroy baseballs with, although his bat can surely do the trick.
