Fox Sports isn't interested in hiring Curt Schilling, according to a report from Deadspin.

"We were approached by Curt's camp this week and passed," a spokesperson for Fox Sports said to Deadspin's Samer Kalaf. "We're very happy with the group we have working baseball this season."

Schilling was fired by ESPN in April for sharing an anti-transgender post on his Facebook page. On Sunday, he lashed out at his former employer for editing his "bloody sock" Game 6 performance out of a documentary highlighting the miraculous 0-3 comeback by the Boston Red Sox against the New York Yankees in the 2004 American League Championship Series.

ESPN's unexpected trimming of the clip also contributed to a new, unfriendly hashtag on Schilling's Twitter bio:

Since his firing, however, anti-transgender posts have continued to appear on Schilling's Facebook page.
