All is forgiven.

After seeing an atrocious penalty saved minutes earlier, Monaco striker Radamel Falcao redeemed himself by producing an immaculate chip that lofted, almost in slow motion, over the top of Willy Caballero and nestled comfortably into the back of the Manchester City goal.

The Colombian's second of the night gave the French side a 3-2 lead, but Sergio Aguero equalled that feat 10 minutes later to get this remarkable contest back on level terms.

City went on to win the wild encounter, 5-3.
