Loic Remy unlikely to play Chelsea's weekend clash against Manchester United
Another striker has been added to Chelsea's injury list after Jose Mourinho admitted his doubts over Loic Remy's availability for the club's next Premier League match.
The Portuguese manager said he doesn't expect Remy to be fit for Chelsea's match against Manchester United on the weekend after he suffered a muscular injury during a 6-0 thrashing of Maribor in the Champions League on Tuesday,
Remy's injury leaves the club a bit thin up front as Diego Costa continues to deal with a hamstring injury. Veteran striker Didier Drogba, who recently returned from an ankle injury, may be asked to start his second match of the season.
The French forward appeared to suffer the injury in the moments after scoring Chelsea's first goal. He remained on the pitch for three minutes before being replaced by Drogba.
